Life Means Life

I’m sure by now you’ve heard about the “Life Means Life” legislation. A bill introduced by the government to eliminate the potential for parole for particularity heinous murders. One thing forgotten in the coverage is the current systems’ effect on the families of victims. Currently, families often attend parole hearings to stop their loved ones’ killer from being released. This bill will end murderers tormenting families at parole hearings. No longer will families have to fight to keep murderers behind bars. Life will mean life.
